Throughout my Marketing BBA journey at Sheridan College, I have experienced significant personal growth through skill and knowledge development, and self-development. I have also developed traits that have led me to become more self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient.  These traits allowed me to have a better understanding of my strengths, weaknesses, and career goals.

Even from the start of my journey, I had to think critically as there were many courses i had little to no experience in such as sales, accounting, economics, and more. I had to solve complex problems with a strategic mindset through various case studies and group assignments, which gave me the practical experience and real-world exposure I ultimately needed. 

These opportunities allowed me to apply my classroom knowledge to real business situations, develop leadership skills, and collaborate with diverse teams. Through class discussions, group projects, and an internship, I learned to effectively work in teams, adapt to different working styles, and value diverse perspectives.  These assets will be valuable resources as I continue to grow in my career.
