My MBTI
I think my MBTI report gave me a thorough analysis of my traits and personality. I am an INFP and this stands for Introvert, Intuition, Feeling, and Perceiving
After reading my MBTI report and your feedback, my preferences and type do fit well with me and the report was accurate. For the most part, I wasn’t surprised by the results of the report because it was accurate to how I feel and how I act. I reviewed over my MBTI and there isn’t a discrepancy that I think defines me and I choose these preferences. I find myself to be more of an introvert than an extrovert, more intuition over sensing, and definitely more feeling over thinking. I don’t care too much about facts and I act more upon how I feel.
After reading the communication part, I feel like for the most part it was scary accurate. Personally I feel like 2 out of the 9 analysis were wrong, but the rest of it felt correct. I learned how to enhance those 7/9 traits that I have and I hope to use it well. Managing change can be difficult for me. To become better with dealing with change, I need to seek out others opinions, express how I feel to people, identify what’s hard to me, as well as plan things out more. Dealing with conflict is not too difficult for me and once again, this part was super accurate. I learned that I should carefully ask questions, and to be more sensitive to others needs. A situation where this relates is when I did co-op in high school. For a whole semester, I worked at Trillium Health Partners for their business aspect of the company. At first it was hard to adapt to because it was something I have never done before. However, I planned out my days, asked for extra help, talked to others, and tried my best. I had to go home every day before lunch time and then bus to Trillium and back home. I also worked on a lot of programs that i have never used before and also I took the responsibilities that they gave me
Based off my MBTI, an artifact that I think would represent me is a tissue, based on my results as an INFP. Usually with introversion, those people like having time by themselves and the room to be quieter. This relates to a tissue because as it falls on the ground it is very quiet and it doesn’t make much of a noise. Tissue can easily be ripped or stepped on and this part relates to the feeling trait of the test. This is because I feel for people and choose to hope for the best in them but if people know that then I can easily be walked over and taken advantage of. Intuition comes into play because people don’t think much of tissues but they can be used for multiple things such as cleaning up messes, arts & crafts, blowing noses, etc. This leads me to think about creativity because there are endless possibilities of what tissues can be used for and it takes a creative mind to see that.
