When my value report said family was my favourite perspective, it was not a surprise to me given the fact that my family means the most to me. I am closer to my family over any of my friends. They mean a lot to me because they are always there for me and if I ever need help, I know I can count on them for support. My family has helped me develop into the person I am today and I am proud of that. I also believe friends can be considered as family because I want to be able to trust in my friends. If my friends tell me that they are planning to do something or achieve goal, I would expect them to follow through and support them.

I found the values interesting. The questions they provide for you were questions that have never really crossed my mind until now.

The importance of belonging in a group is seen within my family because they receive the most of my energy. In the outside world, it says that I tend to find myself in groups because it is important to me to feel personal. Belonging to a group gives my core perspective a sense of respect, recognition, and it gives me my worth as a person. I tend to look for people who I can trust and can guide me in life. A strength that can help me later on in life is that a lot of companies, both large and small, can successfully operate on a sort of family model, giving me the upper edge. Values that I like are honesty, self worth, fairness, loyalty, and respect.
